We describe the plate in a sentence a holder will recognise: cycle, gutter, palette, foil or none. We do not describe the collector. We do not name the budget. If the holder asks, we answer in a second letter, not in the first.
If we cannot keep the description that short, the brief is not ready. Widening the net is how quiet transfers become public hunts. We would rather send the brief back than decorate it.
