Refunds

Eligibility and timeframe

Ask for a refund in writing to info@netenginegrid.world within fourteen days of our written confirmation, unless a shorter window is stated in that confirmation. After work has started — caption checks begun, a holder letter sent, or a seasonal sheet drafted — refunds are partial or refused as set out below.

Full refund

A full refund of our fee is due if we cancel before starting, if we cannot accept the brief after taking a deposit, or if a cabinet reading is cancelled by us. Holder asking prices paid by you to a third party are never refunded by us; we did not receive them.

Partial refund

If you cancel a seasonal planning engagement after the first review conversation, we keep half the season fee for time already spent. If an edition search is closed because the plate fails caption checks, the search fee is earned; we do not charge a success add-on that was never agreed.

Non-refundable items

The premium collector request retainer is non-refundable once the first holder letter has been sent. Time already spent on a cabinet reading that took place is non-refundable. Deposits marked as holding a Bangkok table slot are non-refundable if you miss the sitting without twenty-four hours’ notice.

Process and timing

Write to info@netenginegrid.world with the brief date and cycle number. We confirm the amount within five working days and return it by the same method you used to pay us, typically within ten working days after that confirmation. We do not refund in a different currency than received unless we both agree in writing.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows

Reschedule a cabinet reading once at no charge if you give two working days’ notice. Same-day no-shows forfeit the sitting fee. Seasonal sheets already delivered are not undone by a later change of mind about a skip recommendation.

Work already started and materials

Provenance pages and drop sheets we have already sent remain yours to keep; the fee for that writing is earned. We do not buy plates on your behalf, so there are no purchased edition materials on our books to return.
