What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Some remember a choice you made; others help us count visits if you accept analytics. Rejecting optional cookies does not block drop sheets, briefs, or field notes.

Types we use

Essential: the consent record so the banner does not return every visit. Analytics: only if you press Accept, used to see which field notes are read, not to follow you across unrelated sites.

Name Purpose Duration Provider
netenginegrid_cookie_consent Stores Accept or Reject so the banner can stay hidden. Essential for remembering that choice. Until you clear site data Net Engine Grid (first party, localStorage)
neg_read_count Optional count of field-note views after Accept. Not set if you Reject. 6 months Net Engine Grid (first party)

How to manage or disable cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner. To change later, clear site data for netenginegrid.world in your browser, then reload; the banner returns. You can also block cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential storage may show the banner again on each visit.

Third-party cookies

Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. That request can allow Google to see your IP address. Images may load from Unsplash. We do not place advertising cookies. If you Reject, we still load pages; we do not set the optional analytics cookie.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics does not hide rates, drop windows, or the brief form. Disabling all site storage may reset the banner and, in some browsers, interrupt form drafts you have not sent.
