Acceptance

By browsing this site or submitting a brief you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not send personal details or commission work. We may refuse a brief that asks for public bounty posting, wallet custody, or work outside Captain Marvel cosmic flight editions, seasonal drop planning, cabinet readings, or premium collector requests.

The work

Rates on this site are informational. A binding engagement exists only when we confirm scope and a figure in writing. We do not operate checkout, minting, or custody. Transfers of NFT comic editions remain between you and the holder. Provenance notes record what we could verify; they are not warranties of title.

Intellectual property

Site text, drop-sheet layout, and our written notes belong to Net Engine Grid. Marvel characters, Captain Marvel imagery, and related marks belong to their owners. We do not claim those marks. You may not copy our provenance pages or seasonal sheets for resale. You may keep notes we write for your own cabinet.

Your material

You confirm you have the right to share screenshots and file names you send us. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or payment-card numbers. We will not accept them.

Liability

We are not liable for market price moves, missed mints after a skip recommendation you later ignore, or holder decisions. Our liability for confirmed paid work is limited to the fee paid for that brief, except where Thai law does not allow a limit. We are not liable for indirect loss, including a plate bought elsewhere after we closed a search.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have in your place of residence.
